All furniture kits, components, and custom items (including full kits, kitchen pods, overhead lockers, shower cubicles, wardrobes, and cab lockers) are made to order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b), the 14-day cooling-off right does not apply to goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised.
Once materials have been ordered for your build, the deposit is non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled or returned. This applies to all pre-order items.
If your made-to-order item arrives faulty or damaged, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected — see Faulty Goods below.
Accessories dispatched from stock (3D printed parts, fittings, and similar items) are subject to the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, beginning the day after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for items that do not reach us.
Once your return is received and inspected — or once we receive proof of dispatch — we will process your refund by bank transfer to the account from which payment was received, within 14 days.
If any item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at info@camperlux.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with a description and photographs. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full — we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
