All furniture kits, kitchen pods, overhead lockers, shower cubicles, wardrobes, and cab lockers are made to order and require collection from our workshop in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We do not offer delivery on made-to-order items.
Current build schedule: approximately 6-8 weeks before production begins.
Once your place in the schedule is reached, a full furniture kit takes approximately 14 days to manufacture. Your total wait from deposit to collection is therefore around [X] weeks plus 14 days.
This reflects our current build schedule and is updated regularly. When you place an order, we will provide an estimated build slot and target collection date in writing.
If circumstances require us to revise your collection date, we will notify you as early as possible. If a revised date is not acceptable, you may cancel your order. However, please note that once materials have been ordered for your build, orders cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Smaller accessories — including 3D printed parts and fittings — are dispatched within 3–5 business days of order. Delivery is by tracked courier; you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
